In 1957 our father opened Emidio’s Pizza on the corner of Main St. and Tallmadge Ave in Akron, Ohio. With the love and support of his wife and sons Emidio’s grew in 1983 and added the Cuyahoga Falls restaurant. Our father wanted to add pasta to the menu, and in order to keep quality high and set our restaurant apart, he imported pasta machines from Italy, Yes 100% of all pasta served is produced by Emidio’s.
